Background Glenn Kupsch has 22 years of information technology experience, with 12 years in executive and operational management. Mr. Kupsch has held information technology management positions in a variety of business settings and has experience in developing and executing global platforms. Currently leading Hunters Leap, Inc, a startup winery located in California. Prior to joining Hunters Leap, he worked for Matheson, a $1.2B specialty gas company where he led the global IT initiatives. Prior to that, he worked for ImClone Systems starting in 2003 and has held positions of increasing responsibility. In his most recent role, he has been appointed Interim head of Information Technology. In this role, Mr. Kupsch oversaw the information technology function for the rapidly growing biotechnology organization, establishing and implementing the overall information technology strategy to support the company’s achievement of its business objectives. Prior to joining ImClone, he was with Bristol-Myers Squibb where he held positions of increasing responsibility over a ten-year period and most recently served as Manager of Client Services, providing support to a variety of business functions. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mr. Kupsch held information technology positions with Alfieri Property Management from 1989 to 1992. During this time, he also performed consulting work programming business applications for several companies. He holds an MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
